Auba

Grenache and Mourvèdre complement each other perfectly in order to give freshness and fruit to our rosé wine from the Cévennes Protected Geographical Indication on the nose and palate. Auba establishes itself as a gourmet and gastronomical rosé both elegant and fruity.
After a traditional vinification, the wine is matured during four months in inox vats in order to make the best of these two mediterranean grape varieties.

« Delicious nose – orange and ginger segments in clove-spiked syrup. And dusty blackberries.

Full, generous, awash with fresh, coruscating acidity and on the exotic pomegranate-guava- sumac-harissa spectrum, although through the length of the wine is this sweet, juicy orange citrus line. So mouth–filling!

Bright with a punky bitter defiance on the finish. »
