Zénite

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot complement each other perfectly to give this red wine from the Cévennes Protected Geographical Indication both  structure and elegance.

Zénite is matured in inox vats and demi-muids in order to highlight its initial qualities while adding a good length on the palate to these three grape varieties, historically from Bordeaux area.

Zénite made its entrance in the 2020 Hachette Wine Guide and obtained 2 stars :

" The Bordeaux grape varieties are highlighted in this blend while keeping an authentic Languedoc accent with its full and solar palate : potent and round tannins,  warm and spicy flavours.

A beautiful opulence refreshed by a long and mentholated finish."
