Zénite

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot complement each other perfectly to give this red wine from the Cévennes Protected Geographical Indication both  structure and elegance.

Zénite is matured in inox vats and demi-muids in order to highlight its initial qualities while adding a good length on the palate to these three grape varieties, historically from Bordeaux area.

Our cuvée Zénite 2020 was honored by Elle à Table magazine in its 2023 Wine contest.

Indeed, after a blind selection by a jury of professionals - oenologists, sommeliers and wine merchants - from over 1,000 cuvées, our blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot was awarded the Best Value Trophy:
"A Bordeaux-style blend, with the trio of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, and precise vinification.  We move from shade to light, from night to day, letting the nose be charmed by blackberries, the palate filled with blueberries. Fine, mellow tannins complete the spell."
