Zénite

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot complement each other perfectly to give this red wine from the Cévennes Protected Geographical Indication both  structure and elegance.

Zénite is matured in inox vats and demi-muids in order to highlight its initial qualities while adding a good length on the palate to these three grape varieties, historically from Bordeaux area.

Our Cuvée Zénite - vintage 2020 - has been selected from nearly 35,000 wines tasted to appear in the Guide Hachette des Vins 2024

"A Bordeaux blend that has soaked up the southern sun. This explains its deep colour and uninhibited nose of very ripe red and black fruits, with toasted oak nuances.
The great ripeness of the grapes adds to the charm of a full-bodied palate, backed by well-coated tannins.
Already seductive, but built to last. "
